After the glass bottle is produced and formed, sometimes there will be spots, wrinkles, bubbles and scratches on the bottle body, which are mostly caused by the following reasons:
1. When the glass blank falls into the initial mold, it cannot enter the initial mold accurately, and has rubbed against the mold wall to form creases. After blowing, the wrinkles spread and form wrinkles on the glass bottle body.
2. There are scissor marks on the upper feeder, and the scissor marks appear on the bottle body after individual bottles are formed.
3. The glass bottle initial mold and molding materials are poor, the density is not enough, and the oxidation is too fast after temperature, forming small pits on the surface of the mold, resulting in the surface of the formed glass wine bottle being not smooth.
4. The poor quality of glass bottle mold oil will lead to insufficient lubrication of the mold, slow down the dripping speed, and change the material shape too quickly.
5. The design of the initial mold is unreasonable, the mold cavity may be small, and after the material drips into the forming mold, it will blow up and spread unevenly, which will cause spots on the glass bottle body. The temperature of the bottle initial mold and mold forming is not coordinated, it is easy to create cold spots on the glass bottle body, which directly affects the finish.
7. If the glass liquid in the kiln is not clean or the temperature of the material is not uniform, it will also cause bubbles, small particles, and small flakes to appear in the output glass bottles.
8. If the machine speed is too fast or slow, the glass bottle body will be uneven, and the bottle wall thickness will vary, resulting in mottling.
